This dentists group was truly phenomenal from start to finish. I came in as a new patient in which the admin team worked diligently with me to verify insurance and ensure coverages of service. Upon starting my new client appointment the team ensured to explain everything they were doing with high competency and answered each question I had with thoughtful responses. Throughout the experience they continued to work with me on factors that were important to me and my dental care. When finding out I needed a cap on one of my teeth, the dental team worked diligently to meet my needs, they were efficient in completing all of the work necessary in the same appointment for convenience. They also did a phenomenal job at replicating the exact curvature and structure of my existing tooth as it was important to me to fit my mouth guard without any additional adjustments that wouldn’t be covered by insurance. Their work was detailed and efficient, and upon going home my mouth guard fit perfectly to the new cap. Honestly it was true craftsmanship by them. I would highly recommend the mission valley dentists not only for their welcoming care team and efficient service, but they show true care and compassion throughout the entire visit and ensure to meet the needs of their patients.
